Saw a Welsh baby names book last week and saw this =D WiCNet: Yes! The name is pretty important. I learned it meant ‘crow’ or ‘raven’ when I read Susan Cooper’s The Grey King as a child. That character Bran’s name was important as well. I wonder if Martin was a Cooper fan?
